The Coolliner trailer is ready to use some skin-packs from the high poly "Coolliner by newS" version of the Euro Truck- and German Truck Simulator.
You can find the skin packs on some forums. If you use the other skins, you must have the permission of the autors. http://www.klemund.de/ETS/
